Ashridge has 179 bedrooms located in modern buildings, with a further 11 luxury suites available. All rooms are comfortably furnished and equipped with full ensuite bathroom facilities. All bedrooms are non-smoking.

All rooms are equipped with colour television, universal shaver point (240v), telephone, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and secure safe. The more spacious, luxury suites also have flat-screen LCD TVs with digital freeview channels, their own sitting area and a fridge.

Each bedroom comes with complimentary bottles of still mineral water, but there is also a drinking water dispenser in each building and a basket of fresh fruit in each corridor. Vending machines dispensing soft drinks, crisps and chocolate are located in the Greenborough building.

Ashridge operates a laundry service available to all guests. Details of the laundry and dry-cleaning charges can be found in the information pack in your bedroom. Washing machines and tumble dryers are also available in the laundry rooms located in each bedroom building, which guests are welcome to use.

Accessibility: Bedrooms accessible for wheelchair users are available and all special requirements can be catered for. Blankets or hypoallergenic pillows and duvets can be provided - please let us know your specific requirements when you book your place at Ashridge.

Computer connections: A free Wi-Fi service is provided throughout the Ashridge site, named 'Ashridge Guest Wi-Fi'.

There are modem connections in every bedroom. Power adaptors can be purchased from reception. You can connect modems into the socket marked FAX/MODEM on the rear of your bedroom telephone. The telephones can also accommodate a US style modem connection via the telephone handset (RJ11) - while a BT socket is also available on the wall point.

Telephones: We have an analogue PSTN which requires dialling 9 for an outside line. The telephone lines in study bedrooms are not DDI and therefore dial-back service is not available. Freefone or UK toll free numbers are free of charge - these currently 0800, 0500, 0808, 00800. Some freephone numbers require a native network connection and therefore may not be accessible.

Calls are logged and charged to your personal account. Details of telephone charges may be obtained from the enquiry office and are included in the information pack in your bedroom.

Check-in and check-out: You are requested to vacate your bedroom by 9:00 on the day of departure, or before your sessions start that morning. You may store your belongings in the luggage store near the Cashier's Office, and you can settle your personal account at any time on your day of depature.
