Dining at Ashridge is an unforgettable experience, due to the quality, range and presentation of the food by our award-winning chefs.
The menus for lunch and dinner are displayed each day on the notice board in the main corridor, outside Scroops, Broughton and in all coffee lounges.
A wide choice of menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner always include a vegetarian option. We will be only too happy to accommodate your special dietary or catering requirements if you tell us in advance through your programme or conference coordinator.

Full English and Continental breakfast is available in the Main Dining Room, and occasionally in Scroops.
On request a light breakfast is available in Fairhaven, Angus Building and Lazell.

A three course hot buffet lunch is served in the Main Dining Room, with a vegetarian option always available. If you prefer a lighter lunch you will find a wide range of salads and cold meats, soup and Paninis.
On request sandwich lunches are available in Fairhaven, Angus Building and Lazell.
Served from 19:00 to 21:00.
A three course hot buffet dinner is served in the Main Dining Room.
The Bar is open from 18:00 to 23:00 (or to midnight on Thursday).
