Practical Information

Clothing
We recommend several loose layers with some kind of waterproof top layer even in our summer months. Good footwear is essential and we recommend trainers or walking boots with a good gripping sole. As our Outdoor Learning Environment is situated in a natural woodland area you may experience muddy conditions. Please be aware of this when deciding what clothes to bring. We can provide additional clothing if required.

Please note that you will be outdoors for either a half or whole day. Despite the famous British inclement weather, in summer months we recommend you bring some form of sun screen protection and a sun hat.

Access
Ashridge has been fortunate to work with people from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds and varying levels of access requirement. In doing so we have a wealth of experience in ensuring our activities do not exclude anyone from participating. For those with particular questions and concerns we will be only too happy to talk to you prior to the event either in person, or by telephone.
