Ashridge Psychometrics, part of Ashridge Business School, provides a service of administration, scoring and information gathering, training and research for all psychometric instruments used at Ashridge.
Ashridge Psychometrics can also supply psychometric instrument administration and feedback to individuals and organisations for one-to-one or team development. In addition, its Bureau Service can provide a wide range of our own, and other supplier instruments, and test administration to clients who have their own trained feedback staff.
Instruments available include a range of Ashridge questionnaires and experiential learning exercises which we have designed and then validated by rigorous research. Their aim is to develop individuals as well as the broader organisation.
In addition to the above services, we can provide individual 360° feedback to participants to enable them to direct their learning experiences and development using Ashridge's own 360° feedback instrument (the Ashridge Inventory of Management Skills) together with other personality and trait questionnaires on a one-to-one feedback session with one of Ashridge's accredited feedback givers or coaches.
